・ About product delivery

We will deliver in sequence.

・ Handling when customers are absent

If you are absent, you will receive an out-of-office notification from the delivery company. Please adjust the desired delivery date during the redelivery period and receive the item. If you do not contact the contact information provided in the out-of-office notification, or if your address is incorrect, the product will be automatically returned to us. The returned product will be processed at our discretion.

・ About exchange and return
